Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the US-based SAS Institute Inc, to establish a strategic alliance in our geographical territory. The new alliance will explore business opportunities and market all lines of SAS software products, including the widely used JMP®, JMP® Genomics, JMP® Clinical, JMP® Graph Builder and JMP® Pro. JMP® Genomics is extensively used by geneticists, biologists, statisticians and bioinformaticians working in agriculture, biotechnology, pharmacogenomics and other areas of genomic or proteomic research for a broad range of applications. These include NGS data analysis, detection of rare and common variants, detection of differential expression patterns, biomarker discovery for disease prognosis or treatment response, genetic association studies, pathway analysis, and genomic selection methods important for guiding crop and livestock breeding strategies, discovering markers for increased yield or resistance to disease, pests and extreme weather conditions. Under the new alliance, Genome Solutions will also use SAS software for development of applications, prototype software or reuse solutions.
